PAWS OUT DOG WALKING

Terms & Conditions

terms

These terms help ensure clarity, consistency, and the best possible experience for every dog and family we serve

At Paws Out Dog Walking, our goal is to provide consistent, thoughtful, and dependable care for every dog in our program.
To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team, the following policies outline how our services operate.

These policies apply to all services and memberships provided
by Paws Out Dog Walking.

Our Approach

Paws Out offers structured off-leash adventure walks and personalized dog care designed to support balanced, confident, and well-exercised dogs. Our services are intentionally limited
in size to maintain safety, consistency, and individual attention.

Scheduling & Availability

  • Walk days and schedules are arranged in advance based
    on availability.

  • Due to the nature of small group services, availability is limited.

  • Membership clients receive priority scheduling and placement.

  • Non-member services are offered based on space and route availability.

Meet & Greets

A meet & greet is required prior to starting services. This allows
us to ensure compatibility, safety, and a good fit for both the dog
and our walking groups.

Cancellations & Changes

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Because walk spots are reserved in advance, late cancellations prevent us from offering that space to another client.

Weather Policy

Paws Out walks in all typical New England weather, including rain, snow, and cold temperatures.

However, safety always comes first. We reserve the right to use discretion in conditions such as:

  • Extreme cold

  • Excessive heat

  • High winds

  • Unsafe trail or park conditions

In these situations, walks may be shortened, modified, or adjusted to ensure the well-being of the dogs in our care.

Holidays

Paws Out is closed on major holidays, including but not limited to:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

On select minor holidays, walks may be offered on a limited basis.

When services are provided on holidays, a holiday rate may apply.

Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed through our scheduling platform.

  • Clients are billed on a weekly basis for their reserved walk schedule.

  • By enrolling in ongoing services, clients are reserving dedicated space in our weekly routes. Because availability is limited, charges apply regardless of attendance, including client vacations, personal days, or last-minute cancellations.

  • This structure allows Paws Out to maintain consistent scheduling and dependable care for all clients.

Membership Guidelines

Membership clients receive:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Reserved weekly walk spots

  • First access to availability

  • Priority waitlist placement

Membership details, inclusions, and policies are outlined on the Membership page.

Client Absences & Time Away

Because walk spots are reserved in advance, scheduled services remain billable even when a dog is unable
to attend due to:

  • illness

  • vacations

  • personal scheduling changes

Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible when their dog will be absent.

Walker Illness or Time Off

In the event that Paws Out is unable to provide service due
to illness or scheduled time off, clients will not be charged
for those missed walks.

Puppy Walks

Puppy walks are available for both new and existing clients
and are designed to support early routines, confidence-building,
and age-appropriate outings.

All puppy services are offered based on availability and suitability.

Dog Requirements & Safety

For the safety of all dogs:

  • Dogs must be friendly, social, and comfortable around other dogs (for group walks).

  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations as recommended
    by their veterinarian.

  • Any history of aggression must be disclosed prior to service.

Paws Out reserves the right to discontinue services if a dog’s behavior presents a safety concern.

Communication

We value open and respectful communication. Updates, scheduling changes, and important notices will be shared
via email, text, or our scheduling platform.

Service Area

Paws Out is based in Natick, Massachusetts and serves select nearby MetroWest communities. Service areas are subjectto change based on route availability.

Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of current policies.

If you have any questions about our policies, we’re always happy to clarify.
